Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Onions (finely chopped)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, milk, dried oregano, crushed red pepper flakes (if using), and finely chopped onions. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
  • Using your hands, shape the mixture into golf-ball-sized meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden brown on the outside.
  • Once the meatballs are cooked, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
