Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Pat dry chicken thighs.
  • Season bottoms of chicken thighs with lemon pepper seasoning.
  • Drizzle/spray a small amount of oil on the bottoms of the chicken thighs.
  • Flip chicken thighs over and season the tops with the lemon pepper, then lightly coat the tops of your thighs with cooking oil/spray.
  • Place chicken thighs onto a lined baking sheet with enough space in between each thigh.
  • Bake chicken for 35 – 40 minutes.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Suggestions
  • I personally prefer bone-in, skin-on, but you may use boneless, skinless if you prefer.
  • If using chicken drumsticks, I would reduce the cooking time.
  • Chicken breast can also be substituted.
