Preheat oven to 425°F.
Pat dry chicken thighs.
Season bottoms of chicken thighs with lemon pepper seasoning.
Drizzle/spray a small amount of oil on the bottoms of the chicken thighs.
Flip chicken thighs over and season the tops with the lemon pepper, then lightly coat the tops of your thighs with cooking oil/spray.
Place chicken thighs onto a lined baking sheet with enough space in between each thigh.
Bake chicken for 35 – 40 minutes.
Serve immediately.
Suggestions
I personally prefer bone-in, skin-on, but you may use boneless, skinless if you prefer.
If using chicken drumsticks, I would reduce the cooking time.
Chicken breast can also be substituted.
