Ingredients

Cooking Oil

Pork Shoulder (Pork Butt)
(cut into large cubes)

Small Onion
(chopped)

Garlic

Chili Powder

Chicken Broth
(14.5oz cans)

Lime Juice
((2 limes juiced))
Instructions
Season pork with salt on both sides.
Heat oil in your large pot.
Sear pork a bit on both sides.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the pot. Bring it to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 400°.
Transfer pork and half of the cooking broth to a baking dish. Cook in oven for 30 mins.
Remove from oven and shred pork with forks to your desired consistency.
Serve immediately.
