Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 17 minutes
Servings: 4 Lobster Tails

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 4 Lobster Tails (6oz)
  • 1/2 cup Butter (melted)
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 TBS Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • 1 Lemon (cut into wedges)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy clean-up.
  • Using kitchen shears, cut through the top of each lobster tail shell lengthwise, but do not cut through the bottom shell. Gently lift the lobster meat and place it on top of the shell, leaving it attached at the tail end.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and paprika.
  • Brush the seasoned butter mixture generously over the lobster meat, reserving some for basting later.
  • Place the lobster tails on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-17 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through, and the shells are nicely browned.
  • Baste the lobster tails with the reserved butter mixture during the last few minutes of cooking for added flavor.
  • Once the lobster tails are cooked, remove them from the oven and sprinkle them with chopped fresh parsley.
  • Serve the baked lobster tails hot, garnished with lemon wedges for a burst of citrusy freshness.
