Kosher Salt to Taste
Shichimi Togarashi to Taste

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Season both sides of tilapia with salt and shichimi togarashi
Add butter, garlic, and paprika to a microwave-safe bowl and melt together. Mix well after melting.
Place tilapia on a non-stick baking sheet. Then brush on the melted butter mixture.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Remove from oven, and squeeze/drizzle fresh lemon juice over each filet.
Garnish with chopped cilantro (optional).
