Oven Roasted Garlic Tilapia

Ingredients

  • 6 Tilapia Filets (not butterflied)
  • Kosher Salt to Taste
  • Shichimi Togarashi to Taste
  • 4 TBS Butter (melted)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 TBS Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro (chopped, optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Season both sides of tilapia with salt and shichimi togarashi
  • Add butter, garlic, and paprika to a microwave-safe bowl and melt together. Mix well after melting.
  • Place tilapia on a non-stick baking sheet. Then brush on the melted butter mixture.
  • Bake for 12 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, and squeeze/drizzle fresh lemon juice over each filet.
  • Garnish with chopped cilantro (optional).
