Ingredients

  • 1 Jalapeno
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 1 Large Ripe Tomato
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro
  • 3 TBS Lime Juice (or 2 Fresh Limes Juiced)
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Wash All Vegetables.
  • Chop all vegetables and combine them all into a mixing bowl.
  • Add Salt and Lime Juice.
  • Mix Well.
  • Chill at least 15 - 20 minutes if you have the time. Not the end of the world if you don't, though!
