Salt & Pepper to Taste
Instructions
Crack and scramble eggs in a mixing bowl until there are not clear/white spots.
Heat pan on medium-low. Add butter when hot.
Just before butter is completely melted. Add scrambled eggs to the pan.
Add Salt and Pepper to taste evenly across the eggs.
As the egg cooks. Stir occasionally to keep the mixture of uncooked to cooked eggs even.
When eggs are still shiny, but firm, they are done. Remove from heat immediately and plate. If the eggs are no longer shiny, they are overcooked.
