  • Small Mixing Bowl

Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 TBS Unsalted Butter
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  • Crack and scramble eggs in a mixing bowl until there are not clear/white spots.
  • Heat pan on medium-low. Add butter when hot.
  • Just before butter is completely melted. Add scrambled eggs to the pan.
  • Add Salt and Pepper to taste evenly across the eggs.
  • As the egg cooks. Stir occasionally to keep the mixture of uncooked to cooked eggs even.
  • When eggs are still shiny, but firm, they are done. Remove from heat immediately and plate. If the eggs are no longer shiny, they are overcooked.
