Oven Baked Fall Off The Bone BBQ Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1 Rack Pork Baby Back Ribs ((or Beef Ribs))
  • Salt to Taste
  • Pepper to Taste
  • Your Favorite BBQ Sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  • If necessary, cut off the membrane off from the bone side of the ribs.
  • Lay out a piece of aluminum foil that stretches about 2 inches beyond each end of the rack of ribs.
  • Season both sides of the rack with salt and pepper.
  • Place the rack on the aluminum foil, meat-side DOWN.
  • Cover the rack with another piece of aluminum foil, and crimp all sides so that the entire rack is enclosed.
  • Place the rack on top of a baking sheet (to prevent any spills).
  • Bake for 2 hours.
  • After 2 hours, take the ribs out from the oven and pre-heat your broiler.
  • Remove ribs from the aluminum foil and place onto the baking sheet.
  • Brush BBQ Sauce on both sides of the rack, and set the rack meat-side DOWN.
  • Broil for 3 minutes on one side, remove, brush both sides again with BBQ sauce and place the rack meat-side UP.
  • Broil for 3 minutes, remove, and Serve immediately.
