Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
If necessary, cut off the membrane off from the bone side of the ribs.
Lay out a piece of aluminum foil that stretches about 2 inches beyond each end of the rack of ribs.
Season both sides of the rack with salt and pepper.
Place the rack on the aluminum foil, meat-side DOWN.
Cover the rack with another piece of aluminum foil, and crimp all sides so that the entire rack is enclosed.
Place the rack on top of a baking sheet (to prevent any spills).
Bake for 2 hours.
After 2 hours, take the ribs out from the oven and pre-heat your broiler.
Remove ribs from the aluminum foil and place onto the baking sheet.
Brush BBQ Sauce on both sides of the rack, and set the rack meat-side DOWN.
Broil for 3 minutes on one side, remove, brush both sides again with BBQ sauce and place the rack meat-side UP.
Broil for 3 minutes, remove, and Serve immediately.
