Brussel Sprouts
Olive Oil
Kosher Salt to Taste
Shichimi Togarashi to Taste
((japanese spice mixture))
Instructions
Pre-Heat oven to 400°F.
Wash your Brussels Sprouts and pat them dry.
Cut the base of the stem off, then cut them in half from top to bottom.
Add the brussel sprout halves to a mixing bowl, and drizzle a generous amount of olive oil over them.
Season with a generous amount of both salt and Shichimi Togarashi.
Mix well.
Place them flat (cut) side up on a baking sheet.
Bake for 35 Minutes flipping the sprouts half way through.
Remove from oven. Add to a serving bowl. Garnish with a touch of Kosher Salt.
