Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussel Sprouts
  • Olive Oil
  • Kosher Salt to Taste
  • Shichimi Togarashi to Taste ((japanese spice mixture))

Instructions

  • Pre-Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Wash your Brussels Sprouts and pat them dry.
  • Cut the base of the stem off, then cut them in half from top to bottom.
  • Add the brussel sprout halves to a mixing bowl, and drizzle a generous amount of olive oil over them.
  • Season with a generous amount of both salt and Shichimi Togarashi.
  • Mix well.
  • Place them flat (cut) side up on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 35 Minutes flipping the sprouts half way through.
  • Remove from oven. Add to a serving bowl. Garnish with a touch of Kosher Salt.
